These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Eternal City Mobility (Eternal City SRLs). Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. About Eternal City Mobility

Eternal City Mobility is a private transfer and chauffeur service operated by Eternal City SRLs, registered in Italy (VAT IT17898631001 / IT18505271009), with registered address at Via Serafino Belfanti 22Z, 00166 Rome, Italy.

By booking a transfer or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. How to Book & Payment

Bookings can be made through our website, by email, or via phone/WhatsApp.

Available payment options include:

• Book Now, Pay Later — Secure your reservation without upfront payment
• Deposit Payment — Secure your transfer with a 25% deposit of the total price
• Credit / Debit Cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal via secure online checkout
• Pay at Journey Start — The remaining balance may be paid directly to the driver at the start of the transfer (as specified in your booking confirmation)

All prices are inclusive of VAT and applicable fees. No hidden charges apply.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Transfers

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer start time
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable

Multi-Day or Specialized Packages

• Longer cancellation notice periods may apply (typically 48 hours)
• Always refer to the specific terms stated in your booking confirmation

Transfers Including Pre-Booked Services

If your booking includes third-party services (such as tickets or reservations):

• If those services are non-refundable, a partial refund may apply
• Timely cancellation (outside the applicable window): full refund of the transport service minus non-refundable third-party costs
• Late cancellation (within the non-refundable window): the full booking amount is forfeited

We always aim to provide the maximum possible refund where circumstances allow.

4. Our Fleet & Vehicles

All transfers are provided using modern, premium, and fully maintained vehicles from our Mercedes fleet:

• Executive Sedan (up to 3 passengers): Mercedes-Benz E-Class or equivalent
• Premium Minivan (up to 7 passengers): Mercedes-Benz V-Class or Viano
• Luxury Minibus (up to 16 passengers): Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or equivalent

All vehicles include air conditioning, sanitized interiors, a professional driver in formal attire, and complimentary bottled water.
We guarantee that the assigned vehicle will be suitable for the passenger count and luggage specified at booking.

5. Flight & Cruise Delays

We monitor flight and cruise arrivals in real time. In case of delays:

• Drivers will adjust to your updated arrival time at no extra charge
• Included waiting time:
– 60 minutes from actual landing time for airport transfers
– 90 minutes from actual docking time for cruise port transfers
• Waiting time beyond these limits may incur an additional hourly charge
• We are not liable for losses resulting from extreme delays beyond our reasonable control

6. Conduct & Responsibility

• Passengers must remain seated and wear seatbelts at all times
• Smoking, alcohol consumption (unless provided by us), and food consumption are not permitted unless explicitly agreed
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service without refund in cases of unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior
• We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though reasonable efforts will be made to recover them

7. Liability

Eternal City Mobility holds full civil liability insurance in accordance with Italian law.
Our liability is limited to the provision of the booked transfer service. We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events
• Indirect or consequential losses (including missed flights or trains)
• Third-party services booked independently by the customer

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
